The New Wave Fitness Center is located in Lake Forest on Aspan a few blocks east of the 5 Freeway.

Exit Lake Forest. Lake Forest East to Aspan (about 1/2 mile from freeway). Left on Aspan. Turn into your 1st Driveway on the rightt. Go straight back and we are on the left.
